CRISPRz – A database of validated zebrafish guide RNA for CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing.
ZInC – Zebrafish Insertional Collection is a web-searchable interface of insertional mutants in zebrafish.
AmpliconDIVider – ampliconDIVider is a command-line software to identify deletion and insertion variants (DIVs) in DNA amplicons generated by CRISPR/Cas9.
GeIST – The Genomic Integration Site Tracker (GeIST) is a command-line pipeline designed for mapping integrated DNA elements.
NHGRI-1 Fish: The NHGRI-1 fish were derived from an original strain known as “TAB-5” made from a hybrid cross between fish from two of the most commonly used zebrafish lines: Tuebingen and AB. The genome of the NHGRI-1 line has been sequenced and more than 10 million single nucleotide variants have been identified. Additionally, nearly all the regions of the NHGRI-1 genome that are invariant compared to the Zv9/Zv10 reference sequence have been identified, and available as UCSC genome browser track (Zebrafish Genomics Track). The NHGRI-1 data can also be downloaded from here. The NHGRI-1 line can be either be obtained from the ZIRC or from the Burgess Lab.
